Construction Budget and
Cost Analysis prior to Construction
Prior to closing on a construction loan we will perform a detailed review and analysis of the construction budget to verify that the project can be built for the anticipated costs. The Cost Analysis will include the following:
- Determination of the Adequacy of Individual
Line items
and Scopes of work. - The finding and Correction of Errors made
during preliminary estimates. - Determination of the Adequacy of the overall Construction Budget.
- Verification of Quantity and Unit Price Take-off.
- Analysis of General Conditions, Fees and Allowances.
- Review of the Budget versus
what is stipulated
within the Contract Documents.
