Construction Document Reviews
Prior to closing on a construction loan we will provide a complete review of all pertinent documents including Plans, Specifications, Contracts, Engineering Reports, Surveys and Plats, Utility Availability Letters and Environmental Reports. A Construction Document Review includes the following:
- Review and Analysis of All pertinent construction documents.
- Review of Contractor, Subcontractor and Supplier Bonding
(If Required). - Review of Building Permits and the Permitting Process.
- Analysis of the Construction Progress Schedule.
Confirm congruency of the Contract and other Documents with the Loan Documents.
