Individual Residences
Advising our clients on the appropriate disbursement of funds for progress payments to a Residential Builder is also available. This service is provided at a lower cost since the individual risks are typically lower than that of a commercial project. A Residential Inspection will include the following:
- A Trained Professional will visit to the Residential Construction Site to analyze the funds requested on the Builder’s Payment Application versus the actual work in place.
- A written Report of our Findings along with pertinent
photographic documentation.
Builder Lines of Credit
For Lenders offering Lines of Credit to Builders, tracking the progress of construction inventory is critical. We offer a thorough Review of Builder Stages including the following:
- A Trained Professional will visit to the Residential Construction Site to determine the stage of completion.
- Completion of the Financial Institution Form.
- Email or fax copy of all reporting documents.
